Terms of Use

These terms explain the rules for using G ACADEMY. Please read them. By creating an account or taking a class, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

G ACADEMY (Gametize Academy) is run by Gametize Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore at 21 Woodlands Close, Primz Bizhub #08-34, Singapore 737854 (“we”, “us”). The website is gametizeacademy.com.

2. Your account

• You sign in with Google. Use your own account and keep it secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission.
• Use your real name, because it appears on your certificates.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see section 10).

3. Classes

• Free classes are free. Some classes are marked “coming soon” and may become paid. We will always show the price before you join a paid class. Paid classes are non-refundable, except as described in our Refund Policy.
• Classes are for your own learning. Please don’t copy, sell or share class content without our permission.
• We may update, pause or retire a class at any time.

4. Points, levels and rewards

• Points, levels, stars and mystery boxes are part of the learning game. They have no cash value and can’t be sold or transferred.
• Points can unlock some classes, as described on My Journey. We may change how points work, and we may remove points earned by cheating or misuse.

5. Certificates

• You earn a certificate when you pass every step and the quiz of a class. Each certificate has its own ID.
• A certificate shows you completed a G ACADEMY class. It is not a university degree or a government qualification.
• We may cancel a certificate that was earned by cheating, or that was issued by mistake.

6. Using AI tools

Some tasks ask you to use an AI assistant such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or Copilot. Those are separate services with their own terms and privacy rules. AI can be wrong, so check important answers. Never share private details with AI tools (see the “Stay safe” step of AI Essentials).

7. Be respectful

Don’t misuse the website: no attempts to break in, cheat, spam, overload it, or collect other people’s data. Anything you write (for example a reflection) must not be illegal, hateful or offensive.

8. Our content

The website, classes, games, certificates, names and logos belong to Gametize Pte. Ltd. or its partners. You may share your own certificate.

9. No guarantees

We work hard to keep G ACADEMY accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. Class content is general education, not professional advice (for example legal, financial or medical advice). As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from using the website or relying on its content.

11. Changes and law

We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we will tell you on the website. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
